Looking forward to a long relationship

John has done several jobs for me, and all have been on-estimate, on-time, neat and clean. 1- I first met John when we needed a small membrane roof on a section of our house. The job was nicely done and the interior ceiling has been dry since. 2- We now needed the deck to be redone over this section of roof. At this time, I didn’t know that John did decks and spent 2 years talking to contractors who would come measure and never call back or send estimate. When I discovered the john did decks he came over and gave me a reasonable estimate. He showed up when scheduled, finished the project on-estimate, and on time/schedule. John made sure to protect the new roof from the deck trusses. he also took care to seal the edge of the deck abutting the house. Everything has been dry ever since. 3- John did some work for my son on his condo installing a through the wall air conditioner and a security door. Once again the work was quick, neat and clean. I plan to continue to use John for projects, and look for ward to a long relationship
